- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- Large lettuce leaves (I like butter lettuce)
- 4 pieces of nitrate free, uncured bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- Sir Kensington’s Chipotle Mayo or an organic ranch dressing (I like 365 brand from Whole Foods)
Place chicken in lettuce wraps and top with crumbled bacon and diced tomato on top. Drizzle with sauce of your choice: ranch or chipotle mayo.
