This is a simple breakfast or snack idea that takes only 5 minutes or less to prepare.


  • one large apple, sliced
  • 3/4 cup Greek God’s Honey Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds


  1. Mix yogurt, peanut/almond butter, cinnamon, and chia seeds together into a small bowl.
  2. Dip apple slices into yogurt dip and enjoy!

Optional: add granola on top of yogurt dip for added crunch!
