This is a simple breakfast or snack idea that takes only 5 minutes or less to prepare.
- one large apple, sliced
- 3/4 cup Greek God’s Honey Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Mix yogurt, peanut/almond butter, cinnamon, and chia seeds together into a small bowl.
- Dip apple slices into yogurt dip and enjoy!
Optional: add granola on top of yogurt dip for added crunch!
