This is a high protein smoothie with good fat from the avocado and nut butter. It is sure to keep you satisfied for at least 3-4 hours and provides all the nutrients you need to get you going in the morning or as an afternoon pick me up!
- 1 scoop Pea Protein- plain unsweetened
- 1/3 Avocado
- 1-1 1/2 cup berries (fresh or frozen) or other fruit
- Handful of baby spinach
- About 1 cup Unstweetened Almond milk (or other milk alternative)
- 1 Tbsp of Almond butter or other nut butter
- Stevia if needed to sweeten
- Ice if desired
Blend and serve!
