This is a high protein smoothie with good fat from the avocado and nut butter. It is sure to keep you satisfied for at least 3-4 hours and provides all the nutrients you need to get you going in the morning or as an afternoon pick me up!

  • 1 scoop Pea Protein- plain unsweetened
  • 1/3 Avocado
  • 1-1 1/2 cup berries (fresh or frozen) or other fruit
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • About 1 cup Unstweetened Almond milk (or other milk alternative)
  • 1 Tbsp of Almond butter or other nut butter
  • Stevia if needed to sweeten
  • Ice if desired

Blend and serve!
