- 2 cups of nuts: Almonds and macadamia work well
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Blend together. 1/3 cup butter or coconut oil (optional). Pour over the mixture and work through the mixture. Roll mixture into small balls about 1/2 the size of a golf ball. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.
