Gluten Free, Low Carb, Soy Free.

  • 2-3 Tbsp. Butter, Unsalted
  • 1-1/2 cups Almond Meal/Flour
  • 1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flour- or leave out and use 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Optional: add blueberries, 1/4 cup of sweetener (maple syrup, agave or applesauce.)

Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes for bread, less for muffins.

Use parchment paper to line the pan.
