- 2 cups cooked black beans
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter with 1 melted dark chocolate bar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans split in half
- 1 Tbs alcohol free vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325. Grease 8×8 baking dish. Put all ingredients in food processor except nuts. Blend well. Add 1/2 cup of nuts and blend again. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of nuts (chopped) and chocolate chips. Spread evenly into pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes until center is set. Cool, place in fridge for firmer consistency.
