• 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 TBSP Pomegranate seeds (I use frozen if fresh not available)
  • 2Tbsp Ground flax seeds
  • 1-2 tsp REAL maple syrup to sweeten (optional)

Mix or layer and enjoy!

Notes: You can substitute berries or other fruit for the pomegranate seeds. You can also use stevia or RAW honey as a sweetener.
