- 2 ripe mangos or 2 cups frozen mango
- Handful of baby greens
- 2-3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 24 oz coconut water (or substitute with unsweetened nut milk)
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut
- 2 tablespoons roughly chopped pistachios (these are for sprinkling on top)
Blend all ingredients and sprinkle with chopped pistachio nuts
