• 2 ripe mangos or 2 cups frozen mango
  • Handful of baby greens
  • 2-3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 24 oz coconut water (or substitute with unsweetened nut milk)
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped pistachios (these are for sprinkling on top)

Blend all ingredients and sprinkle with chopped pistachio nuts
