• 1 cup Almond milk or other milk alternative
  • 1 scoop of whey protein or hemp protein (vegetarian option)
  • 1Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/4 frozen mango
  • 1/4 pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1T ground flax seed
  • 1 handful of baby spinach

Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve cold.

TIP: Store ground flax seed in the freezer to prevent the fats from breaking down and losing some of their nutritional benefit.
